Excel 2007 : Excel 07 Pivot Tables

Hi All

Is there a way I can change the default layout of Excel 07 Pivot Tables?

Every time I create a chart I also go to Pivot Table Options, Display, And Click to show classic PivotTable layout (enables dragging of field in the grid)

I would like this to be always selected if possible.

Not AFAIK in terms of Application settings, no.

You can add code to ThisWorkbook object such that the Classic View is selected by default:

Private Sub Workbook_SheetPivotTableUpdate(ByVal Sh As Object, ByVal Target As PivotTable)
Target.InGridDropZones = True
