I am trying to create an appointment calendar for my small office. I want the ability to schedule clients for multiple days by simply filling in a form. Very similar to a "recurring meeting" in outlook. i would also like to imbed a yearly calendar on the side of the document so I can click on any day of the year and I would be able to see who is coming in and on what time.

I would use outlook for all of this but I do want to use the reporting functions of excel along with the formulas.

Does anyone have a template for something like this or begin help me create this with tips.

Creating the daily appointment with times is easy, but I do not know how to link that to a calendar, and have 365 individual ones at that.
