Data transfer between sheets?

Hi everyone. I need some help on my computer project. I am planning to make a card of membership for a fictional sports gym.

Here's the thing. I need information from this sheet:

Now, there is a simple way to do it, but I need to use a more impressive way. What I had in mind was to create a combo box which would allow me to select a member's name and the information of choice would automatically appear, but I have no idea how to do it. Each piece of information would go like this:

So I really need help here.

If I want to get a good mark, it would be far better if I didn't have to input the data manually, that's why I'm posting here.

Is there a more efficient way to do it?
