    Condense Multiple Cells and Totals

    Hi All,

    First post and happy to have found this place! Attached is a spreadsheet of some video streams that I generate for work on a weekly basis. What I need to do manually is “assign” a story to one channel and add the number of streams together and only have one story with a subtotal.

    Example:
    This is how the spreadsheet looks now: before1.jpg

    When I manually delete, condense to only one channel and then total number of streams for that story here is what I should look like: after2.jpg

    Is there a formula to do this automatically because this is going to turn into a once per day task.
