Excel 2007 : Copying whatever the value is in cell....w/o -->

Hi,

Is there a way to copy stuff in cells that have data-validation in them, and ONLY COPY the numbers/words etc in the cells without copying the validation too? I would like to know for like, 1 cell...or a click and drag of MULTIPLE CELLS.
