    Find MAx value and return a value from another column?

    I know how to find a max value....
    =MAX(A1:A65535)or whatever cells I'm searching
    when it returns the max value I need to have it return the column next to it...
    A1=503 (my max value)
    and I want it to return the value in B1

    How about this:

    =INDEX($B$1:$B$10000,MATCH(MAX($A$1:$A$10000),$A$1:$A$10000,0))
