Bulk data sort

Hi Guys,
Is there a simple method to bulk data sort?
Explanation:
I run a workbook with worksheets in calendar months (12)
These consist of names in alphabetical order.
If a new name is added to or deleted from all the sheets (I've cracked how to do this) how can I data sort them without doing it sheet by sheet?
