    Formula, charting issue

    Hello everyone,
Well my name is witchy and I'm a low-midgrade excel user. I know the basics of charting and some formulas (sum, stdev, stdevp, avg, and my newest faveorite "if" which I know the general basics of, and I can do some things with but im definately not an expert on it)

Ok here is my issue. I am trying to create a spreadsheet like the one attached but with real names/dates and so on, this is just a template of what im working on. What im trying to do is find a way to do this without using 3 different formulas and 4 different charts.. I am attempted to sort this information by date and section. If the date is before lets say 01012009 it would be in one percentage, anything after would be in another percentage. The ones after would be "complete" the ones before would be "incomplete. That would be for the first area labeled "all". I also want to do it by section for the same date. This is for an annual training if your wondering. After that im trying to get it into a chart with 6 columns, in the chart format i put up which im almost positive I can do on my own, im just having a problem with the first part.

Well I hope I was detailed enough for someone to help.

    Thank you in advance
