Time Dependence

What I am trying to do is set up a work sheet which has a series of start and finish times for examinations. What I would like are two things if possible.

Firstly I would like a third column which says how long is left in the examination using the current time and the finish time.

Secondly, if possible, I would like the text or box to go a different colour when there are only 5 minutes remaining.

Does anyone have any ideas about either of these? If so please let me know as your help would be greatfully received.

Thanks but I couldnt get it that to work. Is there no simple coding to have a cell with =Now() in it which is updated every minute?
