Is there anyway to develop a product key for Excel? Basically, it automatically unlocks a password if you have a USB or parallel port containing the key information unlocking the file(s)?

Do you mean unlock a workbook using a dongle?

I am not sure what a dongle is, but I suppose a password unlock/lock will work just as well as a program key. I just need to figure out how to hide formulas, macros and keep them hidden from the user, so proprietary information is protected.
