Adding data with multiple conditions

Hi,

First, thank you for taking the time to help. I am trying to create a spreadsheet which will calculate some fields for me. I have a sheet which has all the data in it. The data is separated by two things, an ID number and date. The ID number is the first column which can be used multiple times. The dates are on the top row where they start with the first day of each week. The actual data is the number of days in each week the resource will be used. On my second sheet, called "Output" I have a column with each ID listed once and the top row has a range of dates. I am trying to search the data sheet to find the total number of days the resource will be used in each date range by ID. I am attaching a version of the spreadsheet to make it easier to understand. (The calculated values that are in the "output" sheet are not correct once you get to IDs that repeat.) Unfortunately PivotTables won't work, as the data is a little more complicated. I appreciate any help. Thank you!

It's REALLY hard to tell what that's supposed to be.

Is this supposed to access other sheets or is it working off of the data page.
