ok Little back ground on the situation. I have a spreadsheet that i am tracking some Training dates on. i have the requirements written in the box categorgy on the attachement if anyone wants to see it. Ok so so far in the B colum (contains date of a computer based training (CBT))i have this conditional formatting:
Formats for Red background
=DATEDIF(B2,$T$1,"m")>=20
Formats for Yellow Background
=DATEDIF(B2,$T$1,"m")>=18
Now i tried to add third one to the B colum to make the cell have no fill if the cell was empty. I cant figure out the formula for that.

Next
in the C colum (contains date of in-class of colum B CBT) i want the formatting to show green with in 60 days of the date in colum B. It currently does that however. If there is no date in colum B it still shows green and I cant have that. Also if the Date in Colum C is the same date as Colum B, colum C still shows red. I need that to show green even though it is within the time frame. Here is the conditional formatting i have on the C colum
Formats it to red

Just a question. On the attachment if i make the conditional formatting code for B2
=DATEDIF(B2,$T$1,"m")>=20
and in the applies to block and set it to the entire row is that ok to do? Will it generate the code for those following cells also?
Thank you so much in advanced. I have been trying to do it for about a week now on my own but now im turning to fellow computer ppl
