    Thanks for the help guys - but it doesn't quite work.

    I have attached the spreadheet with what I have done and the suggested formula by NBVC - but it just comes out as 0 for all of them.

    However when using the formula suggested by sweep worked perfectly... sorry NBVC.

    If that's the case you have setup the MATCH incorrectly... the MATCH range should be the left most column of your VLOOKUP range only
