Vlook up for finding 2 same items

Hi,
I am trying to list few items using vlookup but some of the items are repeating, so how can i repeat the vlookup. The attached file has the list i want to use.

you can see that for example there are 2 values for 17 and 18, could you help me how can i list both the values.
