Lock an embedded Word doc in Excel

Hi,
I am trying to lock an embedded word document in Excel. I am not using the whole document itself, just the icon and title of the document. The document would be able to be opened if need be by clicking on it. I can get everything to work except I can't keep the icon from being moved.

How can I lock just that icon down either in a cell or a group of cells so it will not move when the excel sheet is being reviewed by other people?

Thanks for the help. I can get that far, but I can still move it around. It doesn't attach or lock itself into a cell. Any ides?
