joining data from two sheets

Hi all,

I have a small problem, i have to excel sheets 2003, and i need to bring data from the first sheet fist column, to the sencond sheet in the 3 column, but ...i think i should give an example of what i need :

sheet 1 sheet2

column 1 column3
data1
data2
data3 data1
data4
data5
. data2
.
.
. data3
data6 .
. .
. .
. .
. etc
etc

Th idea is that i need to make somthing automatic of this , bring the data from sheet one in the spesific position in sheet two, the distance between the data in the sheet 2 is the same , around 12 rows
