I've inherited a spreadsheet and need to change one of the formulas within it. I can't make head nor tail of this particular formula, and want to know if anyone out there can translate it into plain English.

=IF(OR(F11="IRSAFS",F11="IRSLN",F11="IRSINT"),+T11&"SWAPS",IF(R11="Yes","InflowMortgages",IF(T11="Outflow",T11,"Inflow")&IF(+Q11="Group",Q11,+S11)))
