    Sorry I can't help you, but have the same query - I have a worksheet with Sales Manager, CPD Type and CPD Scores, I have to find the average score for each CPD Type for each Sales Manager, and it's too many arguments for all the functions I've tried.

    I think a PivotTable / PivotChart would do this, but I've not worked those out yet

    Pivot tables are definitely the easiest way of meeting your requuirements - see the following link for a very helpful guide to using Pivot Tables:
