I have just opened an old work file and for some unknown reason the row count stops at 25220.
How can i make it so that I can see all of the avaliable rows without having to insert a new row everytime as this is very annoying and time consuming.

How can i make it so that I can see all of the avaliable rows without having to insert a new row everytime as this is very annoying and time consuming.
Do Alt+F11 to open the VBE, from the menu bar do View > Immediate Window, and in the Immediate window, type
... and press Enter.
