Easily adding multiple addresses into invoices

If you want to you a dropdown type box, the easiest way is to use Data > Validation, select list from the Allow settings and then select the range you'd like to use. You then need to use VLOOKUP formulae to pull the correct address from a predefined list.

All that probably sounds a bit too confusing, so here's a simple example to pick apart and see how it hangs together.
