Question Alphabetically Sort Columns Using Top Row

How do I alphabetically sort my columns using the top row as my guide in each column for sorting? I just want my columns to be in an order such as: Column A has Apples in Row 1 as a heading for that column; Column B has Grapes as a heading in Row 1 and should come after Apples. I know this is an elementary example but hey... lol.

    Sorting columns

Select the range of cells be impacted

    <data><sort>
    ...Click the [Options] button
    ...Check: Sort left to right
    ...Click [OK]

    Does that help?

I should have said when I want to sort my columns I want to take everything listed under the heading (Row 1) with the column when it sorts without effecting what's in the column. Sorting the columns putting my Row 1's in alphabetical order but taking all data under Row 1 with it. I hope that makes sense. Should I maybe lock the data in the columns somehow > sort > then unlock data?

Step 1: Select the range of cells be impacted
(That means the headings AND the data below them.)

Then just follow the rest of the instructions I posted.
