    Delet companies contain missed values

    we need to ignore and delet all the companies the have at least one missed value

    You can enter a formula in C2 like this:

    =SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$A$49=A2)*($B$2:$B$49=0))

    and copy it down.

    Then filter column C for "Greater Than 0" and delete those.
    Where there is a will there are many ways.
