Subtotaling

I have a spreadsheet with Monday, Tuesday Wednesday....... listed in column A. After every Sunday I would like to subtotal or average the #'s in column H for the previous Mon-Sun period. I have tried the group and subtotal with no luck. Thanks in advance.

Would a Pivot Table be of help?
