Pdf or .tif file into excel

I have a 3 page printout which was scanned and is now in .tif format. It can be changed into .pdf if necessary. I just want to put this document into one of the worksheets in my workbook in the same 3 page format. I keep getting just the first page when I import the file and also the file does not start in cell a1. How can this be done?
