    Shared work book and charts

    I have created a file in excel 2007 with about 25 perfomance indicator graphs and then saved it as a shared work book. SubsequentlyI cannot add new graphs or edit the graphs that have remained. Can someone help me please? My colleague and I need to work on thie file at the same time and we cannot do it.
