    Conditional Formatting with excel 2007

    I am new to excel 2007. I want to do conditional formatting so that when certain numbers amount to above lets say 10 they are blue, if they are below 10 they will be red. I have a large spreadsheet that I need to easily view. Does anyone know how to do this in 07? Any help would be appreciated.

    This is a huge help. It looks like thing are just a little different than the 2003 version.

    Go to the first post
    Click edit
    Click Go Advanced
    Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
    Change to Solved
    Click Save
