Pop up menu headache

Whenever I use a hyperlink to open another spreadsheet Excel adds a menu (web) to my menu bar.
I can then remove it but it reappears again everytime.
No matter what I do it always reappears.
It isn't a problem just very annoying.

How can I stop this happening ?
