Help to move unrequired column data whilst keeping data that is in same column

Hi please see attached which is data on uk horse races. After download some of the column data has been mixed up. As you will see on the attached spreadsheet column c contains info on RUNS in the first 2 races when it should contain data relating to MIN and column D should contain the MAX data. You will see that this shifts from left to right throughout the sheet. You will also see that when they are in the correct columns there is also RATINGS data in column E like in race 3.

What i need is a quick way of formatting these columns so that all Data relating to RUNS and Ratings is deleted and the MIN and MAX data for each race is put into columns B and C respectively. As i will be working with thousands of races at a time the attachment is just an example of what i will be working with
