Hi, Format the 8.1 (At the moment I assume it's "hh;mm") as "general" this will give you the time as a decimal fraction of a day.
Multiply this by 24, Divide this by your 10 hrs then multilpy by 100
=0.340278*24/10*100 = 81.67%
