How to do half numbers in spinners

hello, i got this problem i dont know the answer to, i am trying to do this spinner in spreadsheet and i need to do half numbers instead of full numbers for example 2.50 or 2.75. does anyone know how i can resolve this.

Do it in increments of 1, but set the max at 2/4 times as high, and divide the spinner value by 2/4.
