Ok.. how come this forumla work on the xls I created but when I c&p .. to a different excel it doesn't work at all .. all it does is shows the forumla in the cell..
=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(A2,User.xls!$A$1:$A$953,1,FALSE)),"Not Found",VLOOKUP(A2,User.xls!$A$1:$A$953,1,FALSE))
Preformat the cells your are pasting the formula into as General. They may be Text now.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
