Edit Macro to Select Range to Start List

I wanted to change where the list started (A1) to another cell. I can't find where I can edit the code to do this (to something like B4)

Change the 1 to 2 for B, 3 for C etc.

Anyway to remove the !A1 (reference) on the items in the list and just leave the date??
