Highlighting a row, on condition..

Hi there, I have a simple worksheet where I am keeping track of some clients. What I would like to do is have clients highlighted when the "last contact" date is more than 2 weeks from the present day. Can this be done? or anything similar?

I have attached a little sample. I basically want to have with highlight all those clients that have not been in touch for a long time, so I can focus on them...make sense?
