I am working with dates and autofilters. I want to use the filter to show any dates greater then a selected date. I have included a sample.
The only difference between the two columns is that the one that does not work, the date format has been changed to mmm-d-yy.
Not sure why it does not still work.
Any thoughts.
Works fine for me - have you taken the filter off the first column when you try it - auto filter works progressively, filtering on the previously filtered results.

it allowed you to do a custom filter for any date greater then Dec 1. I just tried it again. The column on the left works but the column on the right does not.
OK, I'm with you now - you didn't mention custom filtering before.
I see the problem - I have no idea of the cause I'm afraid.
