Hyperlink not auto updating

Hello,

I have a site I go to often based off of a list of ID's from excel.
The website address is something like http:hello78985goodbye where the ID is the number 78985. What I've done is use the concatenate formula to have one column with http:hello then the next column has the ID 78985 the third has goodbye and the fourth is where they merge into http:hello78985goodbye.

The PROBLEM, for some reason the hyperlink does not setup automatically, I have to double click in the cell, hit enter and then click on it again for it to work. From then on it works fine unless I change the ID, in which case the hyperlink (while changing visually) still references the old id??

A1=http:hello
B1=78985
C1=goodbye

Would you know how to go about the following:
I would like to now take this list of urls
and have excel go to each address save it
anywhere, say Myfavorites folder with the default name (or URL address) as the file name
or with a file name equal to the data in column B.
