Formulas for referencing data from another sheet

I appreciate the response SHG, but I am not that familiar with pivot tables and if that would work the way that I want it to. If you wouldn't mind clarifying, I would appreciate it. Does anyone else have another way of accomplishing this; I am open for any other suggestions or ideas?

I have achieved the basic concept by using a macro to create a pivot table, which I think shall suffice for now.....thanks for your help and the suggestion of the pivot table.
