Find & Replace Hyperlink Folder Name

Have 3 Workbooks used as directories eg: 2008, 2007, 2006
These directories have numerous sub directories that are hyperlinked to data bases and/or internet links.
I need to change the folder name containing one of the data bases, without having to go into each individual hyperlink, is there some way of globaly making this change within each Workbook.
