the total value of Records is in a cell depends on the number of Records

How can I give a Cell Reference in A12 to the Total

Total will depend on number of Records

1 10
2 30
3 10
4 10
5 10
Total 70

so 70 should come automaticattly in cell A12

Total 50

so 50 should come automaticattly in cell A12
