Drop down box - Should be an easy one...

Hi guys... i should be able to do this but i just cant think

I know how to create a combo box using the form toolbar... but i need just a combo box within the cell (not a floating one). I need this because i need to have this in EVERY cell in one column... i will have around 20 of the same sheets... and then one master sheet which someone has helped me create code that copies all the rows from each sheet into the master and sorts... So basically... this drop down box needs to be able to select from a list of 20 names... and then carry the drop down box over when it is copied by the macro...

Even the combo box works with the macro when placed within a cell... but if i copy this combo box... if i change one they all change
