    freezing panes

    Hi there,

In my old Excel I could freeze multiple panes, as in Col A and Row 1 at the same time, but I don't seem to be able to do this in the new Excel. Any thoughts on if this is possible?

Edit: Nevermind! I figured it out....found this: "In earlier versions of Excel, you needed to split the window first, then freeze panes - this has been changed to a single step, but the basic process is the same - put the cursor one column to the right of the columns you want to freeze, and one row below the row you want to freeze (so if you don't want to freeze rows, just keep to row one, if you don't want to freeze columns stick to column A) and then use the freeze pane option." and it works perfectly.
