pasting multiple columns and rows into one row

My boss just gave me an excel sheet and she wants information from three columns and multiple rows moved so all of the information is in the first row.

Is there a way to do this without cutting each row individually and scrolling sideways to paste it? I can not find a way to paste them and keep every thing in the same order on just one row.

If anyone has a solution please, please let me know as this document is over 11,000 lines and I dont want to spend the next 3 days doing it.

You could try a 'concatenate' formula to recap those items into a single cell, then copy/paste values to fix it in place and delete the multiple source rows/columns maybe. Without seeing the sheet it's hard to tell for sure, but that's the only way I can think to do what you're asking...
