Fill a cell gray and plot white?

I am trying to fill a cell gray but plot white. I want the cell to be gray
to show what needs to be edited. But I do not want the gray to plot. Does this make sense?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Try this, File > Page Set Up > Sheet, under Print click Black and White

I do not have the SHEET tab like that. I am using Office 2003. Is that an option in a later version?

    Aah,

I think you need to be in Excel, that Page Set Up picture is from Word.

BTW I am using Excel 2003 here
