Contains symbol

im trying to get a value out of a cell, but its within a series of numbers seprated by comma's.
Here is the code that im using, but im assuming that i need to replace the = symbol with another, or a word that would let it choose from a few numbers in the cell on the other sheet. the other sheets cell contain 1, 14, 27, 40 so i need it to be able to pick out any of the given numbers because cell k2 on the 2nd sheet changes.

OK here it is.

What I'm looking for is to transfer the column A & B into sheet 2 only when the week in column I matches the cell K2 on the other sheet. My problem is when i have more than 1 week entered and separated by a comma it will not find it because its not exactly the same as described in the K2 cell on sheet 2. I can solve this with making each week in a different cell, but i would like to keep it in 1 cell if its possible.

*edit column names are A= part_number B=Quantity I=Week
