    Coding links in a text string

    Can anyone help me with the syntax for coding a link into a text string? I know it includes ampersands (&) etc. but can't remember how. As an example, i would like to replace the text below in caps with syntax that will pull information from another workbook.

    In the event that it is necessary to cancel EVENT NAME prior to the scheduled opening, due to any cause within the control of ORGANIZATION...

    You mean something like"

    ="In the event that it is necessary to cancel "&A1&" prior to the scheduled opening, due to any cause within the control of "&B1&"."

    where A1 and B1 hold the data to insert...
