    Remove Characters In CSV File

    Hi all,

I've exported an Outlook contacts list into Excel by converting it into a CSV file. This has worked all well and good, except that a number of the entries now have a weird square character where a space has been entered in Outlook. I'm trying to get rid of these (and there's about 500 entries) without having to go through each individually.

I've tried copying the character then doing a Find/Replace, but you can't paste it into the dialogue box. Can anyone suggest a means of getting rid of these?

I've attached a screenshot to let you know what I'm dealing with.

    TIA,

    SamuelT

Did you use CTRL + v to paste it in the Find dialogue box?
