Tools > options > view tab > untick zeros

I already have Zeros un-checked. I'm trying to "hide"/remove blak rows from the printed copy.
IE....IF true print text, IF false Leave blank
When there's only 1 or2 entries i've stoll got 5 or so pages most of which are blank
