How do I keep From printing Blank/Empty cells.

My work book developes text based on a series of answers. Some areas only apply to certian senarios. How do I keep from printing the 0 value feilds?

Tools > options > view tab > untick zeros

Yes and no. First thanks for responding. yes that helps

I already have Zeros un-checked. I'm trying to "hide"/remove blak rows from the printed copy.

IE....IF true print text, IF false Leave blank

When there's only 1 or2 entries i've stoll got 5 or so pages most of which are blank

I finally set up a filter run by macro. It works.
