Data Management Help Needed

I have .xls and .txt files with data (first name, last name, address, email address, etc.)

I am looking at professional help for the same, can anyone give me ideas on how to manage the same. I have a fairly large database in excess of 200 million records.

Can you explain what you mean by 'managing' them?

Apart from validating them (maybe), adding, editing, deleting, what else do you need to do?
