Change row colour if same value entered 3 times

Hi everyone, Looking for some expert help please.

I need to find a way of changing the row colour to red if the same entry is made in colum "A" 3 times and colum "B" date is less than 30 days old.

    Example:

Colum A will be named contract number.
    Colum B will be date.

If the same contract number appears 3 times in colum A and the date in colum B is less than 30 days old I require each of the 3 rows to turn red.

    Is this possible ?

    Thanks for your help.

    Chris.

Hi many thanks for the very speedy reply Its working great thanks but I need it to only change to red if all the dates are less than 30 days old. At the moment if i have 3 entries like below-

    A Contract name B Date

    TEST 01/01/2000
    TEST 01/01/2000
    TEST 01/10/2008

The 3rd test at the moment is turning red because the date is less than 30 days and we have 3 x TEST in colum A but i want it to only change to red once we have 3 contract names that match and all 3 of them are less than 30 days old. So 3 will go red.

    Thanks again for your help.

    Chris.
