Thanks for the responses. I am not sure what you mean by, "repeat the procedure of inserting a bullet at the beginning of each line in the cell."
I can manually insert the – in front of each line followed by a space. The link describes formatting the cell which I took to mean that all the lines in the cell would receive the – placed in front of the @, but it only happens on the first text line.
What am I missing?

I was looking at the first method in your link, manually inserting a bullet at the beginning; that process you could repeat at the beginning of each line in the cell.
To get a bullet on each new line in a cell, you could do find and replace line feed (Alt+010) with a line feed and a bullet, or maybe two line feeds, a bullet, and one or more spaces.
Or VBA could do the equivalent.
