    Formula that recognizes change in field

    I am trying to do a formula where the returns in column C are linked for each company. So for example, in my attachment cells C2:C10 are linked and the end result in D2 is 2.41%. Anyway of doing this that the formula recognizes when the name of the company in Column A changes?
